North Topsail has little to no commercial on the island with the exception of a few very small convenient stores and several restaurants located in the two resort communities of Villa Capriani & St. Regis Resort. However, across the bridge, you will find the growing area of Sneads Ferry which does offer commercial amenities to the town with just a close drive.
The town features miles of beautiful beaches, several large ocean accesses and several new and modern parks.
The real estate in North Topsail Beach ranges from very large ten to twelve bedroom homes to small one bedroom condos.
Single family communities include the Village of Stump Sound & Cape Island to name only a few.
