Ed has been involved in real estate since 1977. Through the years, Ed sharpened his skills in this industry by repairing, building, appraising and marketing several types of property.

In 2000, Ed moved to Hampstead and started a real estate maintenance company which increased his knowledge on coastal properties and construction. After attending a local college Ed received his broker license and within a year or so he had his trainee license to be a certified residential appraiser.

Multiple banks, investors, other brokers along with several local real estate company owners have contracted Ed to list and sell their properties.

There is “No Exception” for experience. Ed closed 39 properties in one transaction, sold over 100 foreclosures, is certified in short sales and foreclosures, holds an Accredited Buyers Representation Designation and certified in new home sales.

In 2012 Ed was appointed as President of Topsail Island Association of Realtors by the board of directors and was voted as Realtor of the year. In 2013, he remained President of the board. A two-year consecutive Presidency has never been held in the history of the board.

Currently, Ed manages the sales office of Lewis Realty Associates, Inc here on Topsail Island and he would like to invite you to join his long list of satisfied clients.
