My name is Jessica Rouse. I was born and raised on the NC coast. I call Richlands home but come to Topsail for work and play quite frequently. Growing up only 30 minutes from Topsail I was on the beach almost every weekend in the summer. It was a magically way to grow up!

My husband, Jamie, is a Sneads Ferry native. He grew up on the water as well, just in a different way. He has had his commercial fishing license since he was 16 and absolutely loves the industry!

We were married in September of 2009 and welcomed our daughter Paecyn in February of 2013. She inherited a love for the Topsail waters almost immediately.

My husband and I both own our own businesses. I started in the salon industry in Surf City as well at New Attitude Salon and Spa. But when my daughter was born, I wanted to be able to be a part of her life as much as possible, so I stepped into booth renting in the salon industry in my hometown of Richlands. As a stylist of almost 15 years, it is one of the most rewarding careers I could have chosen. Then life threw me a curve ball. I was diagnosed with early on set arthritis in the fall of 2020. My doctor recommended I step back from the salon some and maybe find something that wasn’t so taxing on my body. I had always considered a career in real estate but had never pursued it. After much prayer and consideration, I signed up for my post licensing class in February of 2021 and never looked back!

I never dreamed I would find another career that I loved as much as I did hair, but I found that in real estate. Being able to come along side people and help guide and direct them through one of the biggest financial decisions they will ever made is not something I take lightly! Each and every client I have helped so far as become a member of my extended family. I love that we keep in touch after the transaction is complete. To me, my clients are not just another number you are family, and I will do everything in my power to make sure you are taken care of and understand everything that is going on throughout your transaction. My responsibility to my clients is something that I take very seriously, and I would love to help you find the home of your dreams!
